TruHealth Now (Medical Access MD)
Multi-location Primary & Urgent Care Clinics (USA)
TruHealth Now
TruHealth Now consistently receives 20–30 daily bookings through their website, achieved by implementing targeted digital strategies.
Brief Introduction
TruHealth Now is a trusted urgent and primary care provider in the United States with multiple clinic locations. The client underwent a complete rebranding — from Medical Access MD to TruHealth Now — and approached us to ensure a seamless transition of all digital assets, website traffic, and search engine presence, while also working on long-term SEO growth.
Objective:
Retain almost all the organic traffic from the old domain (medicalaccessmd.com) to the new domain (truhealthnow.com).
Ensure zero visibility loss during the rebranding process.
Implement technical SEO and on-page optimisation on the new website.
Build a long-term content and off-page SEO strategy to increase brand visibility and organic reach.
Position TruHealth Now as a leader in local healthcare services across its clinic locations.
Challenges (Where we were)
Loss Risk During Domain Migration: Rebranding a well-established domain (MedicalAccessMD) meant risking significant traffic and keyword rankings loss if not redirected properly.
No Historical SEO Setup: The old site had minimal on-page SEO, and the new site required a complete SEO-first structure.
Multiple Clinic Locations: Optimizing for multiple locations with varying services and local SEO complexities.
Brand Discovery: With a new name, TruHealth Now lacked brand awareness and needed fresh authority building in the medical niche.
